2014년 11월에 개봉한 이 영화는 지루할 수 있지만 잠을 부르지는 않는데, 묘사가 현실적이고 당시의 시대 상황이 전 국민이 세월호와 정부의 총체적 무능의 충격에서 헤어나오려 지푸라기라도 잡으려는 상황이 맞물려서 이지 않나 생각합니다.

잘못된 과거를 바로 잡으려는 주인공을 보며 대리만족과 언젠가는 우리도 블랙홀에 빠져서 과거에 메세지를 보내서 바로 잡을 수 있을까 하는 위안이나 희망을 3자의 입장에서 보면서 느끼기 위함이 아닐까요?

The film, which was released in November 2014, can be boring but doesn't make you sleep. The description is realistic and the situation of the time is that the entire nation is trying to catch the straw from drowning by breaking away from the shock of the #Sewol issue as well as the Korean government's total incompetence.

Looking at the protagonist who tries to correct the wrong past, the surrogate satisfaction and hope that someday we can also fall into a black hole and send a message to the past to correct it.

주인공 쿠퍼는 블랙홀로 빨려 들어가 다른 차원에 있는 과거의 딸과 소통하려 무진 애를 쓰고 마침내 성공합니다.

The main character, Cooper, is sucked into a black hole and tries to communicate with his daughter, who is on a different level. And Succeeds.

#세월호 대다수 국민들이 그런 흐름에 이 영화를 그다지도 많지 보게 되는 계기가 되지는 않았을까요.

단순히 객석점유율로 보는 평론가도 있고, 그것이 틀리다고 할 수 없고, 그것이 전부일 수도 있고 여기 적은 것은 필자의 주관적 평일 뿐입니다.

Some critics simply look at the seat share, and that's not wrong, that could be all of success and that's just what I think differently.

역사는 반복되는 것이라 하지만, 어차피 상상의 산물인 영화는 현세를 비판 하기도 하지만 앞서 가기도 합니다.

Although history is said to be repetitive, the film, which is the product of imagination anyway, criticizes the present, but also leads.

그래서 또 한가지 이 영화에서 소름돋는 예견은 바로 먼지폭풍 입니다. 최근 코로나 바이러스 때문에 어제는 세계보건기구에서 대유행의 수준으로 격상 시켰습니다.

So, another creepy prediction in this movie is the dust storm. Because of the recent corona virus, yesterday the World Health Organization upgraded to a pandemic level.

현재 이 바이러스에 대한 현 상황은 불과 몇 달전에 이런 상황이 오리라 예상이나 했을까요?

Who could foresee the current situation with the virus, just a few months ago or a few weeks ago?

​

​

진짜 서서히 끓어오르는 물에 개구리가 실제로 죽는 지는 하고 싶지 않아서 못했지만, 비유하자면 지금이 바로 그런 상황인 것 같습니다.

I didn't want to experiment if the frog actually died in really gradually boiling water, but I think it's the situation right now.

[실제 찾아보니 믿고 싶지 않았지만 결국 개구리는 죽는 군요. 비위가 상할 수도 있으니 고려하여 보시기 바랍니다.]

우리는 영화의 상황이 될 것처럼 예견을 하지는 못했지만, 그런 영화같은 상황 속의 비극이 될지 아니면 난제를 극복해 온 인류가 부활 해피엔딩이 될 지 모르는 상황에 우리는 시나브로 놓여져 있습니다.

We didn't foresee that it would be like a movie situation, but we're in a situation where we don't know if it's going to be a tragedy in that movie-like situation, or a humanity that has overcome the challenges will be a happy ending for the resurrection.

​

또한 먼지폭풍은 최근 몇년사이에 예보 경보 중의 하나인 삼천리 금수강산의 미세먼지와 비슷하다고 할 수 있겠습니다만 지금은 비주얼은 다르더라도 이 바이러스의 대유행이 더 가까운 것 같습니다.

In addition, the dust storm can be said to be similar to the fine dust of Samcheon-ri, Geumsugangsan, that was occured as one of the forecast warnings in recent years, but the virus seems to be closer to the virus even though the visuals are different now.

사람들은 폐병으로 죽게 되고 마스크 심지어 고글까지 써야 하는 상황. 지금 마스크 찾기가 힘든 것과 아주 흡사해 보입니다.

People die of lung disease and have to wear masks and even goggles. It looks very similar to the hard to find mask now.

혜성 충돌처럼 종말은 가까이 순식간에 일어날 수도 있겠지만 지금 재앙은 냄비 속 개구리같이 서서히 죽이는 상황일 수도 있겠다는 또 잡생각이 드는군요.

Like the comet clash, the end may happen in an instant, but now I think the catastrophe may be a slow-killing situation like a frog in a pot.

​
