Job Description
Remuneration Package:
- RM 8,000 Basic + RM 500 Monthly Incentive
- Flight Ticket, Quarantine Fee & Employment Pass fee will be borne by Employer (For expatriate who're out of Malaysia)
- Employment Mode: Permanent. EP renewal will be borne by Employer every 2 years.
- One Month Paid Training will be Provided.
Requirements:
- Degree Holder in any course of study are welcomed to apply!
- Prefer someone who has call centre/ customer service/ sales experiences. However open to those who are fresh graduates or without any related experience (Language/ Teaching background are welcomed to apply).
- Someone who has very short notice to serve/ available immediately.
- Open to Native Korean who's currently out of Malaysia or in Korea. For those who're in Malaysia, only spouse visa holder will be considered for the above role.
- Korean Speaker who is a TOPIK Level 5 Holder, or has past working experiences of utilIziing Korean language is welcomed to apply!
Job Summary: Answering inbound calls and email correspondences (Voice & Email)
Job Reponsibilities:
- Use CRM systems to ensure customer data is accurate and actionable
- Flexibility in working with different areas of account and lead management.
- Collect and codify best practices between sales, marketing, and sales engineers.
- Strive for high customer engagement in order to provide timely information about Client Cloud Platform.
- Understand and help Sales and Marketing reach their Market Development related goals.
- Help identify the best cloud solutions for customers and how to implement those solutions.
- Engage with current cloud trails to provide support or introduce other Cloud Platform teams.
- Build and foster trust between customers and the larger Client Cloud Platform team.
- Quickly assess and prioritize leads from sales, trials, partners, and other sources.
- Efficiently provide customers with relevant options to support their Cloud Computing needs.
- Assign leads to different campaigns and current pilot programs.
- Leverage current partner relationships when supporting customer needs.
- Route leads to qualified partners for customized solutions.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm MYT (Follow Korea Public Holiday)
Working Location: KL Sentral, Malaysia
Intake Date: September 2021 (For Native Korean, you will be working from your home country until the border is reopen, and Employment Pass is done)
